The NexFix™ MTP Fusion Plate is a bone plate and screw system for first Metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint arthrodesis. Locking screw technology provides an immediate stiff and stable construct. Plates are built with 10° of dorsiflexion and 10° of valgus to fuse the hallux in the proper anatomic alignment.
The NexFix™ Snap-Off Screw is a self drilling, self tapping screw system for fixation of fractures, fusions and osteotomies for the extremity surgeon. The shafts snap-off underneath the low profile screw head to reduce the risk of soft tissue irritation.

The StayFuse™ device is an interlocking two piece titanium screw that snaps together for intramedullary fusions of small bones. The new gold implant is exclusively designed for hallux IPJ fusions. The StayFuse device is a replacement for 1.1 mm K-wires, and can be used for fusions or fracture fixation of fingers, toes and small bones.
