SAN DIEGO, CA, Jan. 23, 2007 -- Nexa Orthopedics, Inc. ("Nexa") announced today the release of its new 3.0 Compression Screw system. This screw system rounds out the NexFix™ family of fixation devices by offering a cannulated compression screw commonly used in forefoot, mid-foot, hand fractures, fusions and corrective osteotomies.

The system features advanced instrumentation including high torque drivers, countersinks and extraction tools for intraoperative flexibility and surgeon assurance.
